Welcome to Zportify, operated by SeleqtAi Solutions Private Limited (“Zportify”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Zportify website, mobile application, or related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
Zportify is a sports-tech platform that enables users to discover, access, book, register for, and pay for sports-related products and services, including sports venues, coaching programs, events, leagues, clinics, and other related offerings.
Certain services available through Zportify may be provided by third-party venues, coaches, event organizers, or other service partners (“Partners”).
2. User Account
Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information while registering or making a booking. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and activities conducted through their account.
3. Bookings and Registrations
All bookings and registrations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Prices, availability, timings, venue rules, eligibility criteria, and other service-specific conditions may vary depending on the selected service or Partner. Users should review the applicable details before confirming a transaction.
4. Payments
Payments for services offered through Zportify may be made using the payment methods available during checkout.
Online payments are processed through authorized third-party payment service providers, including Razorpay.
Zportify does not directly store users’ complete card details, UPI PINs, banking passwords, OTPs, or other payment credentials.
5. Pricing
Prices displayed on Zportify are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, convenience charges, platform fees, or other charges, if any, will be displayed to the user before payment or as part of the applicable booking details.
6. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation eligibility and applicable refunds depend on the type of service booked and the conditions displayed at the time of booking.
Users should refer to Zportify’s Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for further details.
7. Partner Services
Zportify may act as a technology platform connecting users with independent sports venues, coaches, event organizers, clinics, and other Partners.
Partners are responsible for delivering their respective services in accordance with the booking details and applicable conditions.
8. Intellectual Property
The Zportify name, logo, platform design, software, content, graphics, and other intellectual property owned by Zportify or SeleqtAI Solutions Private Limited may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without authorization.
9. Communication & Notifications
By registering, you consent to receive emails, SMS, and notifications related to your bookings, account, or promotional offers.
You may opt out of promotional communications, but service-related communications are mandatory.
10. Limitation of Liability
Zportify will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and reliable platform services. However, availability and delivery of Partner services may depend on the respective Partner and circumstances outside Zportify’s reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zportify shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available to users under applicable law.
We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or suitability of partner facilities.
Any disputes or damages arising from usage of partner services are solely between users and the respective service owners.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Zportify for services used.
11. User Conduct / Termination of Access
Users shall not misuse the platform, make fraudulent transactions, provide false information, interfere with platform operations, or use Zportify for any unlawful activity.
Zportify reserves the right to restrict or suspend access where fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity is reasonably suspected.
12. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at www.zportify.com/privacy-policy
13. Changes to Terms
Zportify may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on the website/app with the applicable revision date.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, subject to applicable law.
