Zportify aims to provide customers with a transparent cancellation process for sports-related bookings and registrations.
1. Customer Cancellations
Users may request cancellation of eligible bookings through the Zportify platform or by contacting Zportify customer support.
Cancellation eligibility depends on the type of service, Partner conditions, booking time, and cancellation window applicable to the transaction.
Any specific cancellation conditions displayed at the time of booking will apply to that booking.
2. Venue and Sports Bookings
Venue/turf bookings may be cancelled subject to the cancellation conditions and time limits displayed during booking.
Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Coaching Programs and Clinics
Cancellation of coaching programs, training sessions, or sports clinics will be subject to the specific conditions displayed for the applicable program.
4. Events, Leagues and Marathons
Event, league, tournament, and marathon registrations may be non-cancellable or subject to event-specific cancellation conditions.
The applicable conditions will be communicated during registration wherever applicable.
5. Cancellation by Zportify or Partner
If a confirmed service is cancelled by Zportify or the applicable Partner and no suitable alternative is accepted by the customer, the customer will generally be eligible for a full refund of the applicable amount paid for the cancelled service.
6. No-Shows
Failure to attend or use a confirmed booking without cancelling within the permitted cancellation period may be treated as a no-show and may not qualify for a refund.
7. Refunds Following Cancellation
Where a cancellation qualifies for a refund, the refund will be processed in accordance with Zportify’s Refund Policy.
