- Aggregation of information and recommendations for users.
- We act as a facilitator between users and venue partners. We do not own or operate the turfs listed on the Platform.
5. User Obligations
- You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
- You will not misuse, damage, or attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.
- You agree not to engage in fraudulent bookings or provide false information.
- Any breach may result in suspension or permanent ban from the Platform.
6. Partner (Turf Owner) Obligations
- Turf owners must provide accurate information about their venues, availability, and pricing.
- Partners are solely responsible for the condition, safety, and quality of their facilities.
- Zportify is not liable for disputes between users and turf owners, but may assist in resolution at its discretion.
7. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability as provided by turf owners.
- Payments, where applicable, are processed securely through third-party gateways.
Zportify does not store card or sensitive financial details.
Booking confirmations are provided digitally; users must verify details before making payments.
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by individual turf owners unless otherwise stated.
8. Content & Intellectual Property
- All content on the Platform, including design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Zportify or its licensors.
- Users may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without prior written consent.
- User-generated content (such as reviews, photos, or comments) may be used by Zportify for promotional purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.
9. Communication & Notifications
- By registering, you consent to receive emails, SMS, and notifications related to your bookings, account, or promotional offers.
- You may opt out of promotional communications, but service-related communications are mandatory.
10. Limitation of Liability
